Are you planning to wean your baby off of breastfeeding?
You may be able to participate in a study to find out if low doses of ketamine, a painkiller that is not an opioid, transfers through the mother’s breastmilk in women who are weaning from breastfeeding.
Involves one overnight visit with a 12 hour ketamine infusion and providing samples of breastmilk, urine, and blood.
Compensation up to $1500. Location CTRC – UPMC Montefiore Ages 18 and up. Duration 24 hours.
